Activities in Cornwall
North Cornwall has a lot to offer, and has done for many years. The Camel Estuary region, for example, is an area that goes from strength to strength. It has a triangle of locations worth visiting, Rock, Padstow and Wadebridge.
An excellent way to see these towns is via the Camel Trail, a cycle route that runs beside the Camel River along a disused railway line. There are a number of businesses offering cycle hire, such as Trail Bike Hire, located right at the beginning of the trail in Padstow.
For more information on Cornwall holidays, Eye on Cornwall lets you know about events, gives you glimpses through webcams, and provides town guides. Both websites contain town and area guides along with attractions in the county. It really pays to know what awaits you in an area you are planning to visit, it can make an evening out much more enjoyable when you are aware of what places there are to eat and drink, and more specifically, which are the good ones! |
